These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202601013522), a company registered in Malaysia.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separate signed agreement, the terms of the signed agreement shall prevail with respect to that specific engagement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Prigo X or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent.

Upon full payment and project completion, intellectual property rights for custom deliverables produced under a signed agreement shall transfer to the client as specified in that agreement.

The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Prigo X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or RM 500, whichever is greater.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Prigo X. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites.

Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
