Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("Prigo X", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") of Malaysia.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you visit prigox.com (the "Website") or engage our services (the "Services").

We collect the following types of personal data:

Contact form data: your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number and indicative budget range if you choose to provide them — when you submit an enquiry through our Website.

Referral data: the page you arrived on, the website or advertisement that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example utm_source or gclid). This is stored with your enquiry so we know which channels bring us work.

Technical data: your IP address is recorded only for submissions our automated filter identifies as spam, so that we can block abuse.

Analytics data: browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage patterns — collected through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and only after you accept analytics and marketing cookies. If you decline, these tools are never loaded.

Correspondence data: content of emails or other communications you send to us.

Because our servers are located in Singapore, your personal data is transferred outside Malaysia. By submitting an enquiry you consent to that transfer, as permitted under Section 129 of the PDPA.

All third parties are expected to handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Traffic to and from the Website is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised personnel, and our systems and dependencies are patched regularly.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months unless a business relationship is established. Analytics data is retained according to the respective provider's policies.

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
